So exhausted right now, having to edit 36 images for a campaign I shot last week and so I'm in the office on a Saturday afternoon - the day before I'm due to fly out to Europe for at least a month and I haven't even packed yet... Still!  I've been doing my absolute darndest to post everyday - and though I've slipped a little this week i'm going to try and get a few happening for ya'll. Luckily I've had these pics of gorgeous babe and friend Camille on ice for a little while waiting to share... and speaking of ice, props to this girl for rocking this little slip of a dress in what felt like sub zero temperatures. Ahhh London feels so long ago now! Here's hoping I get the chance to pop across the drink and hang out with Camille and Sandra again.

Live airport blogging! I'm sitting here at Sydney Airport with friend and fellow blogger Nicole Warne (of Gary Pepper fame) discussing the merits of being well hydrated on flights - despite my mad urge to drink wine in a most celebratory fashion.... Yay Barcelona! Yay Mango! Nicole and I have both made pacts to do our darndest to blog everyday and I want to try and share as much of my journey as possible on my blog... Hard work and good times ahead.

As for these pics - they are part of a little cameo I was enlisted for, the Neuw Denim Goldmine campaign - starring none other than model and fellow blogger, the incomparable 4th and Bleeker. So exciting to get involved! The Goldmine collection - themed on the Goldminers of old - metallic denims, worn and greased up looks - hard working chic. Photographed by in-demand Aussie photog, Darren Macdonald in an incredible secret location (I can neither confirm or deny Cockatoo Island) - I'm very grateful to have been along for the ride and to share with you this exciting new collection. Jetlag blog post number 1! Currently sitting in my lovely hotel room - rocking 4.30am in the morning, been up the past two hours... stuffing around around my clothes in the wardrobe and checking instagram obsessively. I promised myself I would try and stay awake till 8pm and barely made it to 7... pretty sure Nicole fell asleep before me though, we've been whatsapping and she's also awake in her room. I would go and hang out with her but both of us should try and get another hour or two sleep before breakfast...

Opened a welcoming envelope from the team at Mango just now and discovered I'm going to have the chance to meet Scott Schumann tomorrow which will be a delight. Gladly we're not being thrown into too many activities tomorrow, just a dinner and meet and greet. Also so excited to meet the other bloggers involved in the event - of course you can catch most of it on instagram and I'm going to try and make a video ala' Tuula stylee of my time here so you can see a little bit extra.

Nicole and I ventured out yesterday afternoon for some Tapas and vowed to dress nicely (despite a mad desire for pyjama dressing) to take pics. So glad to be travelling with Nic - because we can help each other take pics, encourage each other to do great work and collaborate on ideas. After this event here in Barcelona we're going to spend a week or so travelling in Spain before heading to Paris together to work on something very exciting.

I know I should really putting more images with this post but I'm in such a rush - I felt it was better to get something small up than nothing at all! I'm currently sitting in my hotel room  -it's 7.23am- and at 8 I'm heading out on the street to finally have the chance to snap gorgeous Jules (Sincerely Jules). I've spent the last three days on the Mango Summer Experience - which was quite the whirlwind! I did vow to post everyday on this trip but it really hasn't been possible - out at fabulous dinners past midnight coupled with long hours in the sun and severe jetlag has lent me to savour every inch of rest I could score... plus I'm a terrible writer when I'm tired. My blog posts would go - I wore a dress, it was a sunny day. The end.

So far my favourite part of the trip (if I had to choose only one) would  be getting the chance to invite along one of our instagram followers. Suddenly - instead of only 5 girls enjoying this experience - we had ten! It was kind of like getting the chance to pick a new friend haha! Thanks so much Rebecca from Raspberry & Rouge blog for hanging with me, best times ever.

Feels a world away posting something from last week... and I guess in a sense it certainly is. Nicole and I are packing our bags for Menorca tomorrow so expect some island paradise on your computer screen very soon! So excited about that but I'm really aching to get my ass to Paris. I've only been once - and it was with my parents.... all we did was go to Disneyland. Not that I'm complaining about Disneyland at all - cos hell yeah rollercoasters - but didn't really get a chance to soak up that Parisian vibe. It's gonna happen!!

Woke up super early to get this post happening - after having a really fun night last night. Spent the day exploring the city with Nicole, Jules and Temoc - then went home for a rest - only to wake at 1am and go out on the town for a few hours. So basically I divided my nights sleep with a quick party session - and not a bad way to do it! Well rested either side. Gotta pack up the last of my things after getting this done so Nic and I can fly to Minorca where we'll be hanging out and shooting and having general good times. Seriously can not WAIT to edit all the video footage I've take over the past week. Normally I would be all about the travel diary photo post but for my time in Barcelona I captured heaps of footage instead... Now I just need to pick the right backing track!

These pics were taken on the street outside the Mango store near out hotel - by my favourite blogging photo and video duo - Cup of Couple! Mike and Gabi are two of the sweetest  and humble guys, not to mentioned talented and stylish. Check out their work! They've done so much with great brands and fellow bloggers.

Damn I was excited to make this video and post it. I might have watched it 20 times by now - and I'm already nostalgic for my time in Barcelona. So grateful to have been invited along to this experience with Mango - so many fun highlights -  including attending the Primavera Sound music festival, a gourmet dinner atop the W hotel, an incredible pool party atop our hotel, paddle boarding lessons, a sushi making lesson (I suck at making sushi!), a photo shoot with gorgeous Jules (Sincerely Jules), a shopping spree with my new friend and fellow blogger Rebecca (Raspberry & Rouge), a rooftop bus ride with Nicole, Jules and Temoc - and sooooo much more! Hope you like my random little montage and insight into the fantastic time I had in Barcelona. Special thanks to Nicole for helping me out with much of the filming.

Flashback now - to what feels like worlds away, an outfit snapped a few short days ago in not so sunny Barcelona. Pretty simple combo and practical, maxi skirt, white tee, suede jacket and sandals - but I'm trying to document even my more basic ensembles because we can't be super fancy pants every day.  This suede jacket from Mango is going to be a life saver over the next few weeks... I was in Europe around this time last year and boy was it sooooo much warmer. I really didn't pack for cooler climes. Though its approaching winter down under actually been warmer in Sydney! Thankfully, now that Nicole and I are residing in Menorca (see insta) we are catching up on a hell of alot more sunshine... and in two days time we will be in Ibiza - where predictions call for shoot worthy days all round. Whoop!

Would also like to add here that I straightened my hair - any thoughts? I've usually into the unruly vibe cos it suits my whacky personality (yeah I'm a bit of a weirdo sometimes  all the time) and my concern when is that when I straighten it, since its short... I look like Hilary Clinton.

More pics from the Mango Event I attended in Barcelona - and I'm writing this from my hotel balcony in stunning, sunny Ibiza kind of wondering... how on earth did I end up here? It was perhaps a year ago, I was sitting at home, plugging away at my blog - posting if I could be bothered - and admiring the lifestyle and glamour of those bloggers who I've followed for years. You know the girls - that get invited to events - that instagram from all four corners of the globe - whose voices reach and affect millions. Somehow I scored a ticket on that train! And here I am - in Spain - after having been invited to this incredible experience with 4 other bloggers who are really some of the best and most influential in the business. WOW. I say I wonder how I got here but I know its thanks to my perseverance with photography and keen idea to collaborate and shoot other bloggers that brought new attention to what I was doing (I've been blogging for around 5 years now). Obviously the person who is responsible for my having the chance to get involved in this is YOU, dear reader.... and I know so many of you have indeed been around those 5 whole years... and its been quite an evolution. Couldn't really thank you enough other than to say - I want to share as much as I can with you because I couldn't be more grateful for this experience. It's actually hard work - but a labour of love.  You guys are the best!!

Anyway enough of my drooling... Back to this Mango Experience - and again I'd have to the say the highlight for all five of us, that is Nicole, Jules, Gala and Sabrina - was bringing along one of reader/instafollowers. I got to select fellow blogger and new friend/sistafromanothamista Rebecca from the blog Raspberry & Rouge  and most awesomely - I'll have the chance to catch up with her again once I land my ass in Amsterdam later next month - new blogger collab coming up! Currently learning dutch too - so I'm trying to grab as many dutch friends as I can so to practise as much as possible. Have always felt a bit lacking only knowing the one language so my new goal in life is to speak 3 maybe even 4 languages. Quite tricky to pick up later in life but perseverance and practise is key.

Referencing again era's past in my attire here, which is always my favourite way to style myself - 70's, 80's, 90's - i'll take it all. Quite the classic look here, brought up to speed with my favourite round framed sunnies from Aussie designer Nick Campbell and silver (celine/marni inspired) Zara flats.  Snapped these at one of Nicole and I's little excursions to the beautiful Minorcan beaches -  here Cala'n Blanes. I've obviously thrown my little filters on these to change colour but the water really is the most stunning blue and so clear. If it weren't for the ripples I'm sure you could see right through to the sandy floor. I've been fortunate to travel to some gorgeous tropical and rugged beaches (my hometown Esperance has some of the best) but  I've never really seen this kind of Mediterranean beauty, sparkling blue inlets protected by rocks either side. You should have seen our faces as the water came into view on approach, both of us gape mouthed and reaching for our cameras - throwing around high fives. Minorca was even more gorgeous than either of us could have expected!! Photo Diary and Video still to come!

I'm  interupting my Spanish adventures to bring you a super exciting collaboration, the first in a series of posts brought to you  from exciting new Australian online marketplace - Jasu. I was invited to style up 5 outfits and present them in an editorial and blog posts, working with some of my favourite Aussie designers in the process. Happily presenting my Menorcan Photo Diary - and special props to Nicole for leading us here. Basically what went down - we had a ten day gap between gigs in Barcelona and Paris and decided to find a fun place to make content. Nicole's keen research brought us here and what a treasure it was! Just prior to the busy season starting, the days were the prefect warmth and the crowds were yet to turn up. We found a great place on Airbnb to stay in the Port town of Ciutadella, a stunning little town with narrow cobbled streets and brightly painted buildings - and trekked around to various beaches. The first shot from this set is from Cala Macarelleta, really off the beaten track. We hired a car for the day - little knowing it was a manual, without power steering... It took me a little bit of courage to get behind the wheel of a car in foreign country - where the traffic sticks to the opposite side of the road  that I'm accustomed to and the road rules aren't totally apparent... but we did it! Haha! I haven't driven a manual car in perhaps 8 years so it was more of an achievement in confidence than anything else. I have so much more to share of Menorca but its all captured on the video - where you can capture the true scope of its beauty and also my own silly hijinks.

Loving these amazing House of Baulch earrings for bringing extra drama, so fabulous. The Ellery skirt really pulls together the retro vibe with those burning 70's brown and red hues. Looking forward to sharing more of this project in the coming days!

Here I am again... In paradise aka Menorca, Spain. These pics are a little deceiving because it looks like a glorious place for a dip - but don't  you dare because this shoreline is brimming with electric purple and brown jellyfish! First time I plucked up the courage to venture into the water too! Thankfully Nicole and I scored numerous chances to have a dip whilst in Menorca so one missed opportunity was followed neatly by another. We utilised this spot for fun pics and video - and a little sun baking. Though as you can see from my pasty skin - I'm not so partial to spending long hours in the sun! As for my tattoo - its by Wendy Pham - and I'm happy to answer any questions about it in the comments section. I'm a big fan of body art - but couldn't commit to getting anything really special while I was modelling because it could jeopardise my work. Now I have this piece, totally distinct to me and designed by an artist who's work I adore. Makes me feel unique and strong. :)

Hope you all don't mind my delaying this content - it's so hard to keep up with posting everyday when you travel because wifi is a true precious commodity and I'm too busy making content and seeing sights to actually focus on turning it all around in live time. I'm just one girl! Thanks for your patience.

An outfit I wore out to dinner with Nicole in Menorca - our date night! Hah! Wearing one of my most favourite and heavily featured pairs of jeans on my blog with a new shirt I have from Scotch and Soda - though it does kinda feel like its something that slipped so easily into my wardrobe that it's been there for longer. Very me. Feeling pretty sad about this post also because the suede jacket - I accidentally left in my hotel room cupboard in Ibiza... And the hotel isn't getting back to me about it's safe return! Was looking to be a staple of mine so fingers crossed the universe brings it back to me :(.

Sorry to be posting my content just sooo delayed but I simply have so damn much of it! I do however, only carry one suitcase and will be overseas in Europe for almost another whole month - so I can't exactly post everyday cos I'm going to run out of clothes. Hopefully you don't mind a good bit of mix and matching! I'm not shy of a few repeat wears/posts so expect them in the near future. I'm still presently in Paris - working with Louis Vuitton on a project with Nicole and I'm dying to share more. Once again - you can get a more up to date idea of what I'm doing via Instagram.

Presenting Part 3 of my editorial collaboration with Jasu and snapped by the talented, Gervin Puse.  This is actually a dress underneath an oversized and cropped knit - which feels like an unexpected pairing but totally works with the matching hues and clashing yet complimentary patterns.  I'm currently in Paris and its 27 degrees outside - but looking at these pics again kinda makes me crave cosy clothing and cooler climes! The grass is always greener - I should be counting my lucky stars to score so much summer weather this year, yet again. Many thanks again to Jasu for having me along for this guest edit. Something simple - harking back to Menorca again - denim on denim. I think when mixing denim its cool to have slightly off shades - though I did see a 6 year old girl at the train station today rocking double denim, same hue, like a major boss today. Was even wearing corn rows. Missing the beautiful Spanish sunshine from my  hotel room in Amsterdam - where the clouds are hanging with a permanent kind of feeling. I have most sadly said 'Adieu' to my blogger muses - Nicole and Jess... but hopefully not for long!

I won't rant on further here because I have loads of work to do - particularly on 'that' special project that brought Nicole and I to magnificent Paris.... #LVSECRETAGENT  coming soon...

I couldn't resist finally getting around to posting some content from Paris - I still have loads of pics left over from Spain - but wanted to share these regardless. Screw continuity! These pics are special to me - not for the images themselves, but for what happened directly afterwards. Nicole and I were hunting for spots to shoot our outfits around the Eiffel tower that weren't crawling with tourists... which was quite a task. As Nicole was snapping my pics, thick black clouds started to roll in (see image  right) and suddenly, our grand plans for beautiful bright shots began to look a little gloomy. What happened next is what I can as pure serendipity - as someone who usually works solely with natural light, a thunder cloud can do some serious damage to the brightness of the image but this time it works in our favour. Hope you have a chance to check out the pictures we shot for Gary Pepper - which will go up tomorrow. Perhaps my new favourite shoot... Thanks Nicole for being a babe and thanks Paris for being so perfect!!

Gotta say, I'm super fond of a good oversized coat and this Livia Arena dressing gown coat is no exception. Paired with a good striped silk pant and you've really got all the elements to call yourself a pyjama dresser... May this trend never die! Cosy for life.
